You can return your item(s) within 10 days after purchasing them. Due to being a small independent business we cannot accept returns on items that do not fit. Also we cannot accept returns of second hand items with a quality-rating of 9.5/10 or lower. More details about it you can read in the Terms and conditions. However if significant and huge damage or wear are present (that haven't been mentioned in the description or that haven’t shown at the productphoto) we are happy to discuss your return. Buyer must front the return postage (we recommend you to use a Tracked delivery service as we can't be held responsible for items that go missing being returned to us). Pure Sneakers shall not liable in any way for damages or flaws made to the product caused by long term usage. Please refer to the manufacturer in the event you encounter such problems. If you are concerned about sizing for a particular style of shoe, please refer to the manufacturer’s size guidelines.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you notifying that we have received the item. When approved, your refund will be processed within 3/5 working days depending on your payment option.
